Paper lists are great for ADD folks, but you have to keep up with a pen and paper, whereas we always have our phones on us. How many times a day do you reach for your phone to do one thing and then found yourself doing something else, only to ask yourself ‘what was I about to do?’ When I use this consistently, I find myself doing that far less. The elegance and simplicity of the design are particularly useful for anyone with ADD/ADHD.
